Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the operation and activity of an assigned portion of the polishing production line. This position monitors and maintains equipment and processes and reports any problems or inefficiencies to his/her direct supervisor, while ensuring final product adheres to Cambria specifications through quality inspections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and perform various duties or tasks to set up, operate, monitor and troubleshoot assigned machinery to ensure proper flow of production line
Perform quality inspections and record product and processing data on specified forms
Apply acquired knowledge to independently make machine/equipment adjustments to adhere to product specifications without disruption in the production process
Use and understand a caliper for product measurements along with adding and subtracting metric units to make machine adjustments
Monitor and ensure the proper operation of numerous machines on the production line
Responsible for the visual inspection of equipment with complex parts, preventative maintenance, as well as upkeep and cleanliness of machines
Keep work area clean and orderly
Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Polish Line Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Additional duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills

Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
Intermediate math and calculation skills (adding, subtracting and dividing in different units of measure)
Mechanically inclined
Industrial work experience
High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
* Lift up to 50 lbs
* Push/pull 100 lbs.
* Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
* Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
* Occasionally work in wet and/or humid conditions
* Work in a non-climate controlled environment
* Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
* Bend over multiple times throughout shift
Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
Steel toed boots
Respirator
Hearing Protection
Safety glasses
Cut resistant gloves
High visibility vest
