Description
We are hiring for a guest-centric and friendly Pharmacy Clerk to join our team! As a Pharmacy Clerk you will provide customer service as customers pick-up prescriptions and pay for products. Duties include ensuring accurate and friendly interaction with each customer when they pick-up their filled prescription(s) or pay for another store product(s). Will answer phones and triage calls appropriately and help put daily orders away and organize stock accordingly. Order special or unique items not automatically ordered via the automatic ordering system(s). Complete necessary Medicare, new patient, and new prescription forms.
The ideal candidate for this position:
a self-motivated and enthusiastic people person who is a guest service rock star;
has a strong sense of pride in ensuring their work area is clean and tidy;
is excellent with multi-tasking and has great attention to detail;
has previous cashiering or customer service experience; and
doesn't mind a fast-paced work environment
