About this position
Provides management direction for the scope of reference laboratory services. Is a resource and is responsible for the planning, developing, and managing general operations for the reference laboratory business. Manages resources within financial parameters. Supports and strengthens the reference lab position and strategies in the market. This role is responsible for growing reference lab sales as a sales representative. This role will support and partner with the director to identify growth and assess strategies for new services and markets to enter.

* Bachelor's degree Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Minimum 5 years experience in health care related field or business development and sales * Demonstrate strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills * Knowledge in software solutions to meet customers' needs * Demonstrate innovation to provide unmatched customer service
Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in sales and or marketing * Experience in a health care or clinical setting * Experience with clinical billing * Experience managing multiple complex tasks * Demonstrated ability to work across varying levels of an organization (i.e. leadership, teams, and customers) * Demonstrative application of sound business principle
