| Required Skills: | Distribution Team Lead Main Responsibilities:
-Enforce safety regulations
-Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the packaging of goods
-Confer with other Supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments
-Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals
-Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
-Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures, or assign employee training to experienced workers
-Keep records of employees' attendance and hours worked
-Directly supervise 55 employees in the Packing & Picking Department
-Accomplish warehouse human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
-Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures
-Use of company email and internal programs to communicate and meet departmental goals
-Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns and calling appropriate individuals for needed repair
Distribution Team Lead Key Requirements:
-Must have a minimum of 2-years’ experience in a management or leadership role
-Ability to work overtime as needed |

Looking for a leadership opportunity in the St. Cloud area? Don’t miss this! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading distribution company in St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking candidates for Distribution Team Leads on 1st shift and 2nd shift.
1st shift hours are 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime opportunities may be available as early as 5:00am and as late as 3:30pm.
2nd shift hours are 3:00pm-11:30pm, Sunday through Thursday. Overtime may be available as early as 2:00pm and as late as 12:30am.
During peak season (Black Friday through December 23rd), 10-12-hour shifts are possible, and Saturdays are mandatory. Compensation for these seasonal leadership positions start at $16.00 per hour. Could be more depending on relatable skills and experience.
