Job Description:
Job Purpose and Requirements
Coordinates the dispatch and related communications activities for Manufacturer Services.
Monitor communications around technician availability and employment status changes.
Create type and edit documentation used for dispatching technicians.
Process incoming requests, which are received via email or phone, ensuring courteous, timely and effective resolutions of incidents. Enter information into the service support system.
Assign and dispatch appropriate technician to respond. Relay instructions, orders and information required to complete request.
Maintain individual and performance measures against department goals and standards.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
Ownership in projects/problems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Goal-oriented.
Time management and organizational skills.
Conflict resolution skills.
Background Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of call center customer care experience, preferably in a medical environment.
