Lead Call Center Representatives - July 22nd start date (191204)

TCF Bank has a training class that starts on July 22nd, 2019

Do you have at least 2 years of experience working in a customer service role? Experience leading and mentoring in a senior level role?

SCHEDULES

Training Schedule starting July 22nd (9 weeks): 8:30 am- 5 pm Monday - Friday

After Training: shifts start between 7 am - 3:30 pm. Must work Saturday or Sunday, and have one day off during the week. OR 12:30 - 9 pm Monday- Friday. Receive a 10% shift differential.

Once complete, you'll be an advocate for our customers, answering their questions and providing world class service as well as handling escalated calls.

Responsibilities:

Researches and analyzes each situation thoroughly to ensure information to the customer is accurate, complete and timely. Resolves routine problems and takes the necessary action to satisfy customers and internal departments.

Takes ownership of customer concerns and strives to be the primary connection between the customer and our organization. Responds to customer questions, inquiries, requests and problems accurately, concisely and appropriately.

Continually portrays and projects a positive and professional image of TCF. Consistently achieves the established standards of the position as set by management.

Has a thorough knowledge of TCF policy and procedure. Keeps currently informed of changes in policy, procedure and services in order to provide accurate information to customers. Promotes interest in TCF products and services.

Handles more difficult or complex calls such as online banking or critical products and services.

* High school graduate or equivalent work experience



Work Experience/Skills



* Two or more years experience as a Call Center Representative or comparable customer service role.

Demonstrated ability to use multiple tools to conduct research and document findings accordingly

* Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed all minimum standards based on internal job experience, prior job achievements or business references.

* Demonstrated ability to successfully handle complex calls/work requests.

* Demonstrated leadership skills providing support and work direction to others.

* Demonstrated PC & Internet skills with ability to multi-task.
