Twin City Staffing is seeking a CNC lathe machinist - programmer for a top-tier shop in Blaine! This role involves producing high-quality, intricate parts from aluminum, plastic, and steel using state-of-the-art Doosan and DMG Mori machines. Location: Blaine, MN

Wage: $30.00 – $40.00/hr.

Hours: 5:45 AM – 3:45 PM | Monday – Thursday (Fridays: 5:45 AM – 11:45 AM for OT)

Duties of the CNC lathe machinist - programmer:
Set up and operate CNC turning centers (Doosan and DMG Mori)
Program parts using GibbsCAM software
Perform MDI programming for efficient production
Interpret complex 2-D drawings and GD&T requirements
Conduct manual inspections using gauges and instruments
Monitor part quality throughout the entire machining process

Requirements of the CNC lathe machinist - programmer:
3+ years of turning center experience or 5 years of overall CNC experience
Proficiency with GibbsCAM programming software
Familiarity with Doosan and DMG Mori machine operation
Ability to read and interpret advanced blueprints
Experience with manual inspection tools and techniques
