Description
Job Summary
This role centers on supporting medical device production by executing development builds, refining manufacturing processes, training operators, and ensuring smooth transitions from Development to full-scale Operations.

Essential Functions
+ Technical lead on 2nd shift for pilot line within both cleanroom and general manufacturing environments.
+ Contribute to the design and sourcing of production fixtures and equipment.
+ Install, maintain, and calibrate equipment and fixtures.
+ Operate manual and automated measurement tools.
+ Draft, review, and improve manufacturing procedures with a focus on precision and clarity.
+ Identify and implement process improvements, including equipment validations and document change releases.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
+ Apply cause-and-effect analysis in process development activities.
+ Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude consistent with company values.
+ Train and mentor team members on manufacturing procedures.
+ Lead and document execution of development builds.
+ Utilize strong prototyping and process engineering skills to achieve project goals.
+ Work effectively with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Education and Experience
+ Associate degree in a relevant field (equivalent experience considered).
+ 5-7+ years of experience in Product or Process Development roles.
+ Proven success in transferring products from Development to Operations.
+ Background in assembly with cleanroom experience strongly preferred.
+ Experience in laser welding, soldering, or catheter manufacturing required.

Compensation
+ Base pay range: $36.00-$45.00/hour
+ 2nd shift differential: +$1.00/hour
