We have an opportunity for a Benefits Coordinator to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will perform daily leave administrative activities and prepare billing and funding information for payment of claims and plan expenses. This role is non-exempt. You will: + Leave Administration + - Ensure accurate information is documented into Pentair's Workday system + - Day to Day Point of Contact with leave vendor + - Verify with managers an employees' return to work + - Work with HR Service Center in answering employees non-routine questions Other activities as time permits: + - Preparation of weekly claims funding and monthly administrative billing. + - Perform periodic audits of participant enrollments and contributions to ensure accuracy for funding and billing purposes. + - Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance with Affordable Care Act requirements. + - Compile data for all benefit plans to assist internal and external auditors. + - Other duties and special projects as assigned. + Key Qualifications: + Minimum Associates Degree, with a Bachelors degree preferred. + 1 - 3 years of experience in benefits or a related field with in increasing level of responsibility. + Exceptional organizational skills; must be able to prioritize, multitask and manage project deadlines. + Excellent analytical skills, project management skills. + Ability to develop strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, cross-functional teams and external vendors. + Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. + Knowledge of benefit plan administration and compliance requirements Diversity and Inclusion: With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
