We are currently looking for high school or 1st year HVAC/R, or Electrical Constructions students to join our Scholarship Program!
Qualified students should be:
*Enrolled in or in the process of enrolling in an approved/applicable program (we are able to provide you with applicable school options if needed):
HVAC
HVAC/R
Electrical Construction
Instrumentation
*Able to show initiative, deduction, mechanical ability, and academic achievement
**Recipients must work for two years post-college graduation at one of SCR's locations (St. Cloud, Rochester, Baxter, Mankato, or Rochester) throughout the state of Minnesota after graduation.
Work Experience:
SCR Scholarship Program participants have the option of gaining part-time and/or Summer paid work experience at SCR while enrolled and participating in an approved program.
Must have the ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Valid class D drivers license
Hours will vary depending upon the student's availability/SCR needs
Approximately 20 hrs per week during school
Approximately 40 hrs per week during Summer break.
