Job Description: |
Come share Husky spirit and unleash student success! The Office of Undergraduate Admissions invites applications for the Associate Director of Admissions – Campus Experience. This position is responsible for supporting all virtual and on campus visit and event programming over the course of a recruitment year. This includes but is not limited to daily visits, middle and high school group visits, college access group visits, large scale open house events specifically for prospective and admitted students, and specialized academic program events. Leading a team of professional staff, admissions student workers, and volunteer tour guides, the Associate Director is responsible for increasing the applicant and admitted student yield through exceptional visit experiences in collaboration with campus and community stakeholders. Additionally, the Associate Director is expected to positively impact enrollment by leading the overall office and event marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Campus Visit and Event Programming: * Establish and execute a strategic plan for virtual and on-campus visit and event experiences. * Manage incoming high school and college access group visit requests and programming. * Develop and maintain relationships with on and off campus partners. * Coordinate logistics for all visitation programming. * Analyze daily campus visit and event survey responses and programming trends to continually enhance and strengthen the visit experience. * Create and manage visit and event budget.
Admissions Office Leadership: * Hire, train and oversee the admissions student workers in order to develop and maintain customer service and tour performance, professional development skillsets, and leadership. * Provide lead work direction to OAS and Assistant Director. * Oversee Student Ambassador (volunteer tour guide) program. * Participate in application review, admission appeals, and scholarship appeals.
Marketing and Communications: * Direct office marketing efforts including but not limited to website content, print materials and social media platforms. * Develop a communication plan for participants in campus visits and admissions events.
