Marketing & Operations Administrative Assistant:
Central MN Mental Health Center has an opportunity for a Full-Time Marketing & Operations Administrative Assistant in our Administrative Department. The Marketing & Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administrative support of the day-to-day Operations & Marketing Department. The Duties may include but are not limited to:
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing and operation department's activities;
Ensure social media accounts are updated and maintained
Create all marketing flyers for the agency according to the agency branding guide
Maintain web content and design
Track maintenance for all agency vehicles
Act as back up to purchasing as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred;
2 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred;
Social Media and website experience preferred.
Adobe Acrobat Writer and Microsoft Publisher experience preferred
Effective communication and customer service skills
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
